Trinity Event Staffing LEAD PAY

Trinity Event Staffing offers increased pay for Leads over events. If you have been designated the sole Lead of an event by a scheduler, this is how Lead pay works:

Pay for Leads:

  • If the event has 4 to 10 staff requested, you earn $3 more per hour, up to $23/hour total.
  • If the event has more than 10 staff requested, you earn $5 more per hour, up to $25/hour total.

Important Notes:

  • If your regular pay is already more than the cap, you get your regular pay rate.
  • Lead pay does not apply on days when there is already a higher holiday pay rate.
  • This pay is for approved Lead roles only, not just for showing up first.
  • Lead pay is based on the number of staff requested, not the number of staff who actually show up.
  • Lead pay may not be offered if only checking in staff and communicating with the client and scheduler, but otherwise not “leading” others during the event.
  • Lead pay does not apply to canceled events. If the event cancels upon arrival, the 4-hour minimum pay at your regular rate will apply.
  • If you’re unsure about your role or rate for an event, contact the schedulers before the event begins.
